  • Noodle Tools– Noodle Tools is a free service provided by Richland College that will help you collect and organize notes, write, and cite your sources for any research project, but you must sign into the Richland Library using your student ID to use it.
  • Purdue OWL: MLA Citation Guide– Purdue’s Online Writing Lab (OWL) is the preeminent source for MLA and APA style citation.
  • Purdue OWL: APA Citation Guide– Purdue’s Online Writing Lab (OWL) is the preeminent source for MLA and APA style citation.
  • The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Writing Center Handouts– Here you will find downloadable handouts over many aspects of grammar, writing, research, and citation.
  • Easybib.com– Easybib is a citation generator for MLA and APA. If you know all of the information that you need in your Works Cited entry, but don’t know all of the punctuation, Easybib can be very helpful. Just remember that it can only generate a correct citation if you put in all of the correct information.
