Medical Office Assistants routinely work in specialty practices, hospitals, clinics, or related healthcare organizations. They typically schedule appointments, organize and maintain files, prepare reports and letters, and design office system procedures.

The 228-hour program generally takes two semesters to complete. Tuition is $1,377 not including textbook.

- Documentation or assessment of entry-level college academic skills in reading, writing, and basic arithmetic or previous credit college-level coursework
- Documentation or assessment of computer skills by either transcript computer course work or free computer skills assessment on campus for Windows and MS Office
